Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a cozy and warm stay with beautiful Pyrenees views. The service is exceptional, making the experience truly delightful. Perfectly located for both skiing and hiking enthusiasts, with a comfortable dining experience and fantastic facilities.
Even at New year, we experienced good nights of sleep despite some noise transmission from adjacent rooms. The hotel offers great service, especially from staff like Chantal who provided a welcoming tea/coffee during our wait for the airport transfer. The location is perfect for skiing and hiking, easily accessible to ski lifts and après ski bars. The dining options were satisfactory with a variety of continental meals. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor noise disturbances in the rooms.
My stay was a mixed bag at this hotel. While the mountain view from my room was lovely, the limited accent lighting made it a bit dim. The air conditioning was non-existent, and the thermostat was challenging to manage, providing only a narrow temperature adjustment range.
